Psychology-Informed Performance Consulting
High-performing women are not failing.
The systems around them are — and there has never been a support model built specifically to address that.

High-performing women are not failing.
The systems around them are — and there has never been a support model built specifically to address that.
What RiseWell does
RiseWell builds support with psychology-informed performance infrastructure.
RiseWell is not coaching, it’s not clinical work. We design a plan to sustain output, protect capacity, and support growth without burning through the person doing it.
The work, in their words.
Finding my why again
“I’d always thought taking on a lot and juggling everything was my strength, but it was getting harder, and I couldn’t figure out why. I wasn’t burned out. I was just losing my why.
I was there for everyone else, but I was the one paying for it. I tried to work through it on my own with coaching, therapy, every app people swear by, and none of it actually touched what was going on, because it wasn’t separate from who I was.
By my second session with RiseWell that became clear. I finally understood what had actually been happening, not just the surface stuff I’d been managing around for years.”
Everything felt more clear
“When I hit my late 40s and started feeling like a shell of myself, I was embarrassed and insecure about it. I was trying to figure out what was next. I wanted a 2.0 version of myself, something that felt like mine, but instead I hit a wall.
I felt serious doubt, and this constant thought of “who even am I right now.” I went into RiseWell skeptical. Three sessions didn’t sound like enough time to work through any of it. But I was wrong. I left with an actual plan, something I could point to and say, here’s what I’m doing and why. Everything felt more clear. 2.0 here I come!”
"Aha" moments about why I'm so tired all the time
“I wasn’t expecting to bond with anyone. I was just there to learn something. Instead, I left with this whole group of women in my head and about five different “aha” moments about why I’m so tired all the time, why every decision feels like it costs me something.
You could feel it in the room. I’m not exaggerating. Something was happening in there.”
Nothing worked ... until RiseWell
“Everyone told me this would be easy. Establish boundaries. Take time off.
I tried executive coaching. Wellness experts. A therapist. Nothing worked.
Then I found RiseWell. Precision Start. Three sessions and it clicked. I saw things I hadn’t been able to see before. It took three sessions. Not three months. Not three years.”
Five minutes in and it was already real
“I walked in and had no idea what I was getting into. Eighteen women I’d never met. I figured we’d do the small talk thing for an hour, maybe start to open up by the end. Instead we were five minutes in, and it was already real. Like, actually real.
I don’t know how to explain it other than I felt seen faster than I think I ever have, with people who were basically strangers ten minutes earlier.”
I felt fully seen
“This is powerful work that leads to deep breakthroughs and penetrating insights in a short amount of time. Dr. Sachi helped guide me to a comprehensive, big-picture understanding of the patterns holding me back, faster than I thought was possible.
I felt fully seen and guided to truths I needed to understand to shift my situation to a more balanced life that supports my business, my relationships, and myself.”
Seeing everything clearly in only 3 sessions
“I keep telling all of my friends about RiseWell because nothing like this exists.
There’s a lot out there for burnout and menopause. There are executive coaches, life coaches, and counselors. But they don’t do what you do. In my experience, it all takes more time than I have, and I still end up feeling the same way as before. But your work with RiseWell?
For women like me, you see the full picture and untangle it all so that we can see everything clearly and in only three sessions. I still can’t believe it, but I’m thankful, Dr. Horback.”
Carrying the same weight in different outfits
“I’ve wanted to get a room of women like this together for years, and I finally got to sit in one instead of just imagining it. And everyone went there fast. Like, faster than I expected, faster than usual.
Honestly, it normally takes me a while to open up. But hearing everyone else go first, I just went too. We had lawyers, a doctor, a dancer, a couple of nonprofit directors, and me – I do education consulting.
On paper we had nothing in common. In the room it made total sense. We’re all just carrying the same weight in different outfits. I’m still thinking about it.”
Not the only one
“I spend my whole day staying three steps ahead of whoever’s across the table from me. I’m good at it. I’m used to being the one person in the room who has her stuff together, or at least looks like it. So I walked into this thing expecting to sit back and watch, honestly. That’s not what happened.
Somebody said she was embarrassed to admit she was exhausted. I just felt my whole chest loosen up. “Oh, same.” I definitely wasn’t planning on saying it to a room of strangers, but that’s kind of what happened. I’ve done the one-on-one coaching thing before. It’s fine. It helps some. But it’s not this. There’s just something different about not being the only one.”
Psychology-informed. Execution-ready. Built for the demands of real leadership.
OUR CLIENTS
Who We Work With

The diagnosis is structural, not personal.
The work is rigorous, not recycled.
When the leader’s infrastructure changes, the system she runs changes with her.
About RiseWell
RiseWell Performance Consulting was built on a single observation made across 15 years of clinical psychology practice and senior leadership inside public sector, startup, and Fortune 5 healthcare environments: high-performing women are not failing. The systems around them are failing to support them.
That distinction matters. It shapes everything about how RiseWell works.
RiseWell was founded by Dr. Sachi Horback, PsyD. The practice exists because the gap between clinical support and executive coaching has never been adequately filled, and the women operating inside that gap deserve something built specifically for them.

What RiseWell Offers
Every RiseWell engagement is structured, scoped, and built for women who are already performing at a high level and need the infrastructure to match.
Individual Work
1:1 virtual | By consultation only
This is not coaching. It is not therapy. It is precision work on the systems that drive how you lead, decide, and sustain.
RiseWell Residency
In-person | 4-6 participants | By invitation only
A fully immersive weekend experience, Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. The group is the unit of work. Participants are curated by shared traits, not title or industry — because when shared patterns get named collectively, something shifts that individual work alone cannot produce. Venue, lodging, and structural recovery experiences are coordinated through RiseWell and priced separately.
Individual 1:1 sessions are available as an add-on before, during, or after the Residency.
Cohort Intensive
Corporate and Enterprise
For organizations, leadership teams, and founders who recognize that their highest performers need more than professional development. RiseWell brings psychology-informed performance infrastructure to teams navigating growth, pressure, transition, and the invisible load that erodes output before anyone names it.
Engagements are fully custom-scoped and include facilitation, travel, async follow-up, and design.
How It Works
Every engagement with RiseWell is structured, purposeful, and designed to move.
This is not a program you move through. It is a working relationship. Every element is doing real strategic work: the intake, consultation call, the sessions, the integration.
